Ingredients
- 1 kg whole chicken
- 5 Zehen garlic
- 50ml soy sauce
- 50ml vinegar
- 1 TL paprika
- 1 TL cumin
- nach Geschmack salt
- 50ml lime juice
Instructions
- 1. Marinate chicken: mix garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, paprika, cumin, lime juice, and salt.
- 2. Refrigerate chicken in marinade for at least 1 hour.
- 3. Roast chicken in the oven at 200°C for 60 minutes.
- 4. Remove from oven and let rest.
- 5. Carve chicken and serve.
