  1. 1. Wash the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender (approx. 15 minutes). Let them cool and peel them.
  2. 2. Press the cold potatoes through a potato ricer or chop them very finely. Mix the potatoes with the mayonnaise, chopped anchovies, chopped shrimp, cooked ham, and peas.
  3. 3. Season the mixture with salt and a squeeze of lemon juice. Stir everything well and place the bowl in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Cut the crusts off the bread slices and toast the bread in a pan with a little oil until golden brown.
  5. 5. Take the mixture out of the refrigerator. Form small balls (approx. 30 g) and place one shrimp and an anchovy tongue on top. Place the ball on the toast slice.
