Ingredients
- 150 g Rice
- 200 g Tofu
- 1 Stück Cucumber
- 1 Stück Carrot
- 1 Stück Bell Pepper
- 1 Stück Avocado
- 1 EL Sesame Oil
- 1 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 Stück Fresh Ginger
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 2. Press tofu and cut into cubes.
- 3. Slice vegetables thinly.
- 4. Fry tofu in a pan with sesame oil until golden brown.
- 5. Assemble the bowl: portion rice, vegetables, and tofu into bowls.
- 6. Garnish with soy sauce and grated ginger.
