🍕 Pizza Margherita

Ingredients
- 250 g Pizza flour (Type 00)
- 150 ml Water
- 5 g Yeast
- 5 g Salt
- 10 ml Olive oil
- 100 g Tomato sauce
- 125 g Mozzarella
- 5 g Fresh basil
Instructions
- 1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water.
- 2. Place the pizza flour in a bowl and add the dissolved water.
- 3. Add salt and olive oil, and knead everything well until a smooth dough forms.
- 4. Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour until it rises.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 250 °C. Roll out the risen dough and place it on a baking tray.
- 6. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, top with mozzarella, and garnish with basil.
- 7. Bake the pizza in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
