🥞 Pistachio Cream Wraps

Ingredients
- 100 g Flour (Type 405)
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 Stk. Egg (Size M)
- 20 g Butter (for frying)
- 60 g Pistachio butter (natural)
- 150 ml Whipping cream (pre-whipped)
- 2 EL Honey
Instructions
- 1. Whisk flour, milk, and egg in a bowl to a smooth, thin crepe batter.
- 2. Preheat a small pan over medium heat and fry 4 to 5 thin crepes one after another. Let them cool down.
- 3. Mix the pistachio butter with the honey in a small bowl.
- 4. Whisk the cream lightly until it becomes firm.
- 5. Spread each crepe thinly with the pistachio-honey mixture and pipe a line of cream across it.
- 6. Roll the crepes tightly and cut them diagonally before serving.
