Ingredients
- 1 Pizza dough
- 3 Onions
- 100 g Black olives
- 4 Anchovies
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 2 TL Thyme
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 1 TL Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Slice onions into rings and sauté in olive oil.
- 2. Allow onions to caramelize, add sugar.
- 3. Roll out pizza dough and place it on a baking sheet.
- 4. Spread onion mixture evenly over the dough.
- 5. Top with anchovies and olives, season with thyme and pepper.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 °C for 20 minutes.
