🥗 Pirozhki (Russian Filled Pastries)

Ingredients
- 250g Wheat flour
- 1TL Yeast
- 125ml Milk
- 50g butter
- 1 Eggs
- 200g Ground meat (or vegetables)
- 1TL Salt
- 0.5TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour and yeast in a bowl, then add milk, egg, butter, and salt to knead into a smooth dough.
- 2. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- 3. Season ground meat with salt and pepper and divide into small portions.
- 4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into circles. Place a filling in the center, seal the edges.
- 5. Place pirozhki on a baking sheet and let rise for about 20 minutes.
- 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
