  2. 2. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  3. 3. Season ground meat with salt and pepper and divide into small portions.
  4. 4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into circles. Place a filling in the center, seal the edges.
  5. 5. Place pirozhki on a baking sheet and let rise for about 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
