🍕 Quick Padrón Pepper Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 Stück flatbread (unseasoned)
- 300 g mixed cucumber-pepper style small peppers (Padrón)
- 150 g mozzarella (shredded)
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 g flake salt
- 1 g chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the small peppers well and dry them.
- 3. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush them lightly with oil.
- 4. Distribute the peppers evenly on the breads and sprinkle the mozzarella on top.
- 5. Bake the pizzas in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
- 6. Remove the pizzas, sprinkle with flake salt and optional chili flakes, and serve immediately.
