🫑 Padrón Peppers with Paprika Paste

Ingredients
- 400 g Padrón peppers
- 40 ml Olive oil
- 2 EL Smoked paprika paste (smooth)
- 3 g Salt (fine)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peppers and pat them dry.
- 2. Place the peppers in a bowl with the olive oil, paprika paste, and salt. Mix until every pepper is evenly coated.
- 3. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 4. Spread the peppers on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- 5. Bake the peppers for 12 minutes in the oven until they are soft and have slight brown spots.
- 6. Take the tray out of the oven and serve the peppers warm.
