🥘 Fresh Pimientos de Padrón Stew

Ingredients
- 400 g Pimientos de Padrón peppers
- 150 g Bacon cubes
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 1 Stück Onion
- 1 Stück Bay leaf
- 2 EL Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Dice the onion finely and fry it in 1 tbsp of olive oil for 3 minutes until translucent.
- 2. Add the bacon cubes and fry them for 5 minutes until crispy.
- 3. Add the halved Pimientos de Padrón and the bay leaf. Fry everything for 4 minutes.
- 4. Stir in the cream cheese and heat gently until a creamy sauce forms. Stir carefully so the peppers do not fall apart.
