🌶️ Stuffed Peppers with Sour Cream and Herbs

Ingredients
- 150 g Vegetable onions (finely diced)
- 300 g Bell peppers (halved and seeded)
- 200 ml Sour cream
- 80 g Cheddar cheese (grated)
- 15 g Chives (chopped)
- 15 ml Rapeseed oil
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g Black pepper (ground)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius conventional heat.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions over medium heat for 3 minutes until translucent.
- 3. Remove the pan from the heat and stir the sour cream, half of the cheese, and the chives into the onions.
- 4. Carefully fill the bell peppers with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- 5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the stuffed peppers.
- 6. Lightly salt and pepper the filling.
- 7. Bake the peppers in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese bubbles and turns golden brown.
