  1. 1. Wash the peppers, cut them in half lengthwise, and remove the core with the stem.
  2. 2. Fry the pepper halves cut-side down in a dry, hot pan over medium heat until they have dark spots. Flip once. Cooking time approx. 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove the peppers and keep them warm. Melt the butter in the same pan over low heat.
  4. 4. Add the pressed garlic and sliced onion. Cook gently until soft. Cooking time approx. 3 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the paprika powder, season with salt, and plate the peppers. Garnish with sesame seeds.
