🫑 Glazed Peppers with Garlic-Onion Butter

Ingredients
- 4 Stück Sweet bell peppers (mixed colors)
- 80 g Butter
- 4 Zehen Garlic
- 5 g Salt
- 5 g Sweet paprika powder
- 5 g Sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peppers, cut them in half lengthwise, and remove the core with the stem.
- 2. Fry the pepper halves cut-side down in a dry, hot pan over medium heat until they have dark spots. Flip once. Cooking time approx. 5 minutes.
- 3. Remove the peppers and keep them warm. Melt the butter in the same pan over low heat.
- 4. Add the pressed garlic and sliced onion. Cook gently until soft. Cooking time approx. 3 minutes.
- 5. Stir in the paprika powder, season with salt, and plate the peppers. Garnish with sesame seeds.
