🥗 Smoked Paprika Chicken & Roasted Potato Bowl

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken breast fillet
- 300 g Sweet potatoes
- 1 Stk Onion
- 2 Stk Bell peppers (red)
- 3 Stk Garlic cloves
- 2 TL Smoked paprika powder (sweet)
- 3 EL Olive oil
- 4 EL Natural yogurt
- 1 Stk Lemon
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
- 3. Cut the onion and bell peppers into coarse pieces.
- 4. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Press the garlic through a press or chop it finely.
- 6. Place the vegetables and chicken on a large baking sheet.
- 7. Drizzle the olive oil over it, add the smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, and mix everything well.
- 8. Roast the ingredients in the oven for 25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked and the vegetables are soft.
- 9. Mix the yogurt with the juice of half the lemon and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- 10. Let the bowl components cool down for a short time and then divide them into 4 containers for meal prep.
