  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2. Wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
  3. 3. Cut the onion and bell peppers into coarse pieces.
  4. 4. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  5. 5. Press the garlic through a press or chop it finely.
  6. 6. Place the vegetables and chicken on a large baking sheet.
  7. 7. Drizzle the olive oil over it, add the smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, and mix everything well.
  8. 8. Roast the ingredients in the oven for 25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked and the vegetables are soft.
  9. 9. Mix the yogurt with the juice of half the lemon and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
  10. 10. Let the bowl components cool down for a short time and then divide them into 4 containers for meal prep.
