🍲 Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 50 ml Cream
- 1 EL butter
- 1 TL Thyme
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Melt butter in a pot and sauté onion and garlic.
- 2. Add mushrooms and sauté until soft.
- 3. Stir in vegetable broth and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 4. Stir in cream and thyme.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
