🍳 Mushroom Frittata with Cheese

Ingredients
- 6 Stk Eggs
- 300 g Champignons
- 2 Stk Shallots
- 100 g Fresh goat cheese
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 Zehe Garlic
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Black pepper
- 1/2 TL Thyme (dry)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mushrooms and shallots. Slice the mushrooms and finely chop the shallots.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet. Sauté the shallots and mushrooms for 5 minutes.
- 3. Add the garlic and thyme. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Pour the egg mixture over the mushrooms in the pan. Reduce heat to low.
- 6. Cook the frittata for 8 minutes until the eggs are almost set.
- 7. Crumble the goat cheese on top of the frittata. Cover the pan and let it rest for 2 minutes.
