🥗 Pilau - Spiced Rice

Ingredients
- 200g Rice
- 1 Onion
- 2Zehen Garlic
- 1TL Cumin
- 1TL Cardamom
- 400ml Chicken broth
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 2. Sauté the onion in a pot with some oil until soft.
- 3. Add garlic, cumin, and cardamom and sauté briefly.
- 4. Add rice and stir well until the rice is glossy.
- 5. Add chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
- 6. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes until the rice is cooked.
