Ingredients
- 200 g Wheat Flour
- 100 ml Water
- 150 g Salmon
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1/2 TL Chili Flakes
- 1 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 EL Sesame Oil
- 1/2 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour and water, knead into a dough, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- 2. Chop salmon and mix with spring onions, chili, and soy sauce.
- 3. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll them thin.
- 4. Fill the dough pieces with filling and fold them.
- 5. Cook in boiling water for about 7-9 minutes.
- 6. Serve with soy sauce.
