🥗 Pierogi with Potatoes and Cheese

Ingredients
- 200g Flour
- 250g Potatoes
- 150g Cottage Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 Onion
- 30g butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Boil potatoes, mash and let cool.
- 2. Knead flour, egg, salt, and water into a dough.
- 3. Sauté onion in butter, mix with potatoes and cottage cheese.
- 4. Roll out the dough and cut into small circles.
- 5. Place filling in circles, fold and seal tightly.
- 6. Cook pierogi in boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
- 7. Serve with onions or sour cream as desired.
