Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 125 ml Water
- 1 TL Dry yeast
- 1 TL Sugar
- 200 g Ground beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 Bund Parsley
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Knead flour, water, dry yeast, and sugar into a dough.
- 2. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- 3. Mix ground beef with diced onion, bell pepper, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Roll out the dough and spread the filling on top.
- 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 15-20 minutes.
