  1. 1. Wash the chicken and cut it into equal slices (approx. 1 cm thick). Season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Lightly coat the chicken slices in flour and shake off excess flour.
  3. 3. Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the chicken slices for approx. 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the pan and place on a plate.
  5. 5. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the same pan and fry them for 2 minutes until soft.
  6. 6. Pour the chicken broth and lemon juice into the pan. Bring the sauce to a boil and reduce it slightly (approx. 2 minutes).
  7. 7. Return the chicken slices to the pan and toss them in the sauce. Sprinkle with fresh basil and serve.
