Ingredients
- 1 L fish broth
- 200 g shrimp (peeled)
- 150 g rice noodles (Bánh phở)
- 1 onion
- 30 g ginger
- frisch, nach Geschmack cilantro
- 1 lime
- 1 Prise chili
- 1 EL soy sauce
Instructions
- 1. Bring the fish broth to a boil and add ginger and onion.
- 2. Add the shrimp and cook briefly.
- 3. Prepare the rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 4. Let the broth simmer for 30 minutes.
- 5. Place the rice noodles in bowls and top with shrimp.
- 6. Pour hot broth over the noodles and shrimp, garnishing with fresh cilantro and lime.
