🍲 Beef Pho

Ingredients
- 300g Beef (e.g., brisket)
- 150g Rice noodles
- 1 Liter Beef broth
- 1 Onion
- 30g Ginger
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 2 Star anise
- Zu Geschmack Fresh herbs (basil, cilantro)
- 1 Lime
- 1 Prise chili
Instructions
- 1. Halve the onion and ginger and roast until lightly browned.
- 2. Heat broth in a large pot, add beef, cinnamon, star anise, onion, and ginger.
- 3. Let simmer on low heat for 20 minutes until the meat is tender.
- 4. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- 5. Take meat out of the broth, slice thinly, and return to the broth.
- 6. Serve in bowls: rice noodles, broth with meat, fresh herbs, lime juice, and chili.
