Ingredients
- 150 g Rice Noodles
- 150 g Chicken Breast
- 100 g Broccoli
- 50 g Carrots
- 3 EL Soy Sauce
- 2 EL Sweet Soy Sauce
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 EL Sesame Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- 2. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and marinate with soy sauce.
- 3. Cut the broccoli into florets and slice the carrots into thin strips.
- 4. Finely chop the garlic and sauté it in a hot pan with sesame oil until fragrant.
- 5. Add the marinated chicken strips and vegetables, and stir-fry on high heat until the chicken is cooked through.
- 6. Add the cooked noodles and stir in the sweet soy sauce. Stir-fry briefly until everything is well combined.
- 7. Serve hot and garnish with fresh coriander if desired.
