  2. 2. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and marinate with soy sauce.
  3. 3. Cut the broccoli into florets and slice the carrots into thin strips.
  4. 4. Finely chop the garlic and sauté it in a hot pan with sesame oil until fragrant.
  5. 5. Add the marinated chicken strips and vegetables, and stir-fry on high heat until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. 6. Add the cooked noodles and stir in the sweet soy sauce. Stir-fry briefly until everything is well combined.
  7. 7. Serve hot and garnish with fresh coriander if desired.
