🍰 Plum Cake with Crumble

Ingredients
- 300 g plums
- 200 g flour
- 80 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 TL baking powder
- 1 TL cinnamon
- 50 g oats
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2. Cream butter and sugar.
- 3. Mix in the eggs one by one.
- 4. Fold in flour and baking powder.
- 5. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan.
- 6. Spread plums on top.
- 7. For the crumble: knead butter, sugar, flour, and oats; sprinkle over the cake.
- 8. Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes.
