Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 4 EL Pesto
- 4 Scheiben Whole wheat bread
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 2 EL Parsley
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Boil or fry the eggs as preferred.
- 2. Toast the whole wheat bread.
- 3. Spread pesto on the toasted bread.
- 4. Place the cooked eggs on top of the pesto.
- 5. Garnish with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
