Ingredients
- 1 Tasse Green Moong Dal
- 1 TL Ginger
- 1 Green Chili
- 1/2 TL Cumin Seeds
- 1 Onion
- zum Braten Oil
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Soak green moong dal for 5-6 hours.
- 2. Grind dal with ginger, chili, and cumin.
- 3. Spread batter in a hot pan.
- 4. Fry both sides until golden brown.
- 5. Serve with onion and salt.
