🍖 Pernil - Slow-Roasted Pork

Ingredients
- 1 pork shoulder
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 oregano
- 100 olive oil
- 1 onion
- nach Geschmack salt
- 1 paprika
- nach Geschmack pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rub the pork with garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper, and marinate overnight.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 160 °C the next day.
- 3. Place the marinated meat in a roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil.
- 4. Slice the onion and bell pepper and place them around the meat.
- 5. Roast the meat for 3 hours until tender and golden.
- 6. Let rest for about 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
