Ingredients
- 300g Chicken (cut into pieces)
- 800ml Water
- 1 Onion
- 1 cm Ginger
- 1 TL Peppercorns
- 2 EL Vegetable oil
- zum Garnieren Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley)
- nach Geschmack Salt
Instructions
- 1. Sauté chicken in vegetable oil.
- 2. Add onion, ginger, and peppercorns, then fill with water.
- 3. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 4. Season with salt and garnish with herbs.
