Ingredients
- 200 g Penne
- 3 EL Olive oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1-2 Stück Chili peppers
- 400 g Canned tomatoes
- 2 EL Parsley (fresh, chopped)
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Bring water to a boil in a large pot and cook the penne according to package instructions.
- 2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large pan.
- 3. Add garlic and chili, sauté for about 1-2 minutes over medium heat until the garlic is golden.
- 4. Add canned tomatoes to the pan and let simmer for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- 5. Drain the cooked penne and add to the pan with the sauce. Mix well.
- 6. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the chopped parsley.
- 7. Serve and garnish with more parsley if desired.
