🥗 Pelmeni (Russian Dumplings)

Ingredients
- 250g Wheat flour
- 1 Eggs
- 100ml Water
- 300g Ground meat (pork and beef)
- 1 Onion
- 1TL Salt
- 0.5TL Pepper
- 100g Sour cream (for serving)
Instructions
- 1. Place flour in a bowl, add egg and water, knead into a smooth dough, and let rest for about 30 minutes.
- 2. Finely chop the onion and mix with the ground meat. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out small circles. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center and press the edges together.
- 4. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pelmeni and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they float.
- 5. Drain pelmeni with a slotted spoon. Serve with sour cream.
