  2. 2. Finely chop the onion and mix with the ground meat. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out small circles. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center and press the edges together.
  4. 4. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pelmeni and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they float.
  5. 5. Drain pelmeni with a slotted spoon. Serve with sour cream.
