🍐 Pear Vanilla Crust Clafoutis

Ingredients
- 4 Stück Ripe pears (quartered)
- 100 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 400 ml Whole milk
- 3 Stk Eggs (Size M)
- 15 g Butter (for greasing)
- 1 TL Vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking dish or casserole with the butter.
- 2. Place the pear pieces with the cut side facing down in the dish.
- 3. Mix flour, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl with a spoon until smooth. No lumps should remain.
- 4. Carefully pour the batter over the pears in the dish.
- 5. Bake the clafoutis for 40 to 45 minutes in the oven until it is golden brown and has a firm crust.
- 6. Let the cake cool in the dish for 10 minutes before serving warm.
