🍲 Pea Mint Soup

Ingredients
- 300g Peas (frozen)
- 500ml Vegetable Broth
- 20g Fresh Mint
- 1 Onion
- 1 EL Olive Oil
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a pot, sauté onion until translucent.
- 2. Add peas and vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
- 3. Add mint and simmer for 2 minutes.
- 4. Blend with an immersion blender, season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Serve and enjoy.
