Ingredients
- 200g Peas
- 1 Avocado
- 100g Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 EL Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook peas in lightly salted water for 5 minutes.
- 2. Dice the avocado and halve the cherry tomatoes.
- 3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- 4. Dress with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Mix well and serve.
