Ingredients
- 250 g Mixed Vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes)
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 Stück Tomato
- 2 TL Chili Powder
- 2 EL butter
- 4 Stück Pav Buns
- 30 g Coriander
- 1 Prise Nutmeg
Instructions
- 1. Cook and mash the vegetables.
- 2. Sauté onion and tomato in butter.
- 3. Add mashed vegetables and spices.
- 4. Mix well and simmer.
- 5. Toast the pav buns and serve.
