Ingredients
- 500 g Vegetables (Potatoes, Carrots, Peas)
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tomato
- 4 Buns
- 2 EL butter
- 2 TL Pav Bhaji Spice Mix
Instructions
- 1. Cook the vegetables until soft, then mash.
- 2. Heat butter in a pan and sauté onion.
- 3. Add tomatoes and Pav Bhaji spice mix, sauté briefly.
- 4. Mix in the mashed vegetables and let simmer.
- 5. Toast buns in butter.
- 6. Serve the Bhaji with the buns.
