Ingredients
- 300 g Mixed vegetables
- 200 g Potatoes
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 Stück Tomatoes
- 2 EL Bhaji Masala
- 4 Stück Pav rolls
- 30 g butter
- 10 g Cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Boil and mash the vegetables and potatoes.
- 2. Sauté onion and tomatoes in butter.
- 3. Add the mashed mixture and Bhaji masala.
- 4. Toast the pav rolls in butter.
- 5. Serve garnished with cilantro.
