Ingredients
- 250 Liver
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 4 Garlic
- 50 butter
- 20 Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Dice the liver and sauté over medium heat.
- 2. Add onion and garlic, continue to sauté.
- 3. Add carrots and cook until soft, about 10 minutes.
- 4. Blend the mixture and return to the pan.
- 5. Add butter and mix well.
- 6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
