🥗 Spicy Fried Potatoes

Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes
- 100 ml Olive oil
- 1 TL bell pepper
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 TL Chili powder
- 50 g Tomato ketchup
- 1 TL Salt
- zum Garnieren Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Peel and dice the potatoes.
- 2. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes until tender but firm.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown.
- 4. Finely chop garlic and add with paprika and chili powder to the pan.
- 5. Mix in tomato ketchup and stir well.
- 6. Season with salt and garnish with parsley.
