🥔 Brave Potatoes with Garlic Yogurt

Ingredients
- 800 g Mealy potatoes
- 4 EL Olive oil
- 2 TL Paprika powder (hot)
- 1 TL Paprika powder (sweet)
- 1 EL Tomato paste
- 2 Zehen Garlic (minced)
- 150 g Yogurt (full fat)
- 50 ml Cream
- 1/2 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into 2 cm cubes.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat.
- 3. Spread the potato cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the hot and sweet paprika powder, and the salt. Mix everything well until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- 4. Roast the potatoes in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Turn them once after 15 minutes.
- 5. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a small frying pan over medium heat. Add the tomato paste and garlic and fry for 1 minute while stirring constantly.
- 6. Stir the frying sauce into the yogurt-cream mixture and adjust seasoning with salt if necessary.
- 7. Add the remaining olive oil with 1 tsp of paprika powder to a small pot and warm it slightly. Drizzle this garlic oil over the finished dish.
- 8. Serve the hot potatoes on a plate with the cold yogurt sauce and the hot oil.
