🥔 Crunchy Brava Potatoes with Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes
- 40 ml Rapeseed oil
- 2 g Sweet paprika powder
- 1 g Chili flakes
- 4 Stück Cloves of garlic
- 60 g Mayonnaise
- 10 g Tomato paste
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into 2 cm cubes.
- 2. Mix the oil, paprika powder, and chili flakes in a large bowl.
- 3. Add the potato cubes and toss them well to coat them evenly with spices.
- 4. Spread the cubes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake them in the preheated oven at 220°C for 20 minutes until crispy.
- 5. Press the garlic cloves through a press into a small bowl.
- 6. Stir the mayonnaise, tomato paste, and garlic together until smooth.
- 7. Place the hot potatoes on a plate and drizzle them with the garlic sauce.
