  1. 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into equal-sized cubes of approx. 2 cm.
  2. 2. Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Toss the potato cubes with 20 ml of olive oil and salt on a baking sheet.
  3. 3. Place the tray in the oven and bake the potatoes for 25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  4. 4. Meanwhile, mix ketchup, paprika powder, chili flakes, apple cider vinegar, the pressed garlic, and the remaining olive oil in a small bowl to make the sauce.
  5. 5. Take the potatoes out of the oven. Serve them hot with the spicy paprika sauce poured over them.
