  2. 2. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat.
  3. 3. Mix the potato cubes in a bowl with 30 ml olive oil, paprika powder, and salt.
  4. 4. Place the cubes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 25 minutes until crispy.
  5. 5. In the meantime, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, and the finely chopped garlic clove into a smooth sauce.
  6. 6. Remove the potatoes from the oven, drizzle with the remaining 10 ml olive oil, and serve warm with the garlic cream.
