🥔 Crispy Brava Potatoes with Garlic Cream

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes (waxy)
- 40 ml Olive oil
- 2 g Paprika powder (sweet)
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 50 g Yogurt (plain, 1.5% fat)
- 1 Stk Garlic clove
- 5 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into approx. 2 cm cubes.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat.
- 3. Mix the potato cubes in a bowl with 30 ml olive oil, paprika powder, and salt.
- 4. Place the cubes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 25 minutes until crispy.
- 5. In the meantime, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, and the finely chopped garlic clove into a smooth sauce.
- 6. Remove the potatoes from the oven, drizzle with the remaining 10 ml olive oil, and serve warm with the garlic cream.
