  1. 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized cubes (approx. 2 cm).
  2. 2. Rinse the potato cubes under cold water to remove excess starch. Pat them dry.
  3. 3. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Place the potatoes in the hot oil.
  4. 4. Fry the potatoes for approx. 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy, turning them occasionally.
  5. 5. Mix mayonnaise, pressed garlic, paprika powder, chili powder, and roast pan sauce in a small bowl.
  6. 6. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the roast pan sauce to the potatoes and toss briefly so they are lightly coated.
  7. 7. Serve the potatoes on a plate. Distribute the aioli separately in a small bowl on top or beside them.
  8. 8. Sprinkle the dishes with finely chopped parsley.
