🥔 Crispy Patatas Bravas with Spicy Aioli

Ingredients
- 800 g Floury potatoes
- 150 ml Cooking oil (e.g., sunflower oil)
- 100 g Mayonnaise
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 1 TL Sweet paprika powder
- 0.5 TL Chili powder
- 100 ml Roast pan sauce (ready-made)
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 EL Fresh parsley
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized cubes (approx. 2 cm).
- 2. Rinse the potato cubes under cold water to remove excess starch. Pat them dry.
- 3. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Place the potatoes in the hot oil.
- 4. Fry the potatoes for approx. 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy, turning them occasionally.
- 5. Mix mayonnaise, pressed garlic, paprika powder, chili powder, and roast pan sauce in a small bowl.
- 6. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the roast pan sauce to the potatoes and toss briefly so they are lightly coated.
- 7. Serve the potatoes on a plate. Distribute the aioli separately in a small bowl on top or beside them.
- 8. Sprinkle the dishes with finely chopped parsley.
