  1. 1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Peel potatoes and cut into approx. 2 cm cubes.
  2. 2. Toss potato cubes in a bowl with 30 ml olive oil, salt, and paprika powder until well coated.
  3. 3. Spread potatoes on a baking tray in a single layer and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. 4. Meanwhile, sauté garlic and red pepper in a pot with the remaining 10 ml oil over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add tomato paste, chili powder, and 100 ml water and simmer for 3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Mix yogurt with lemon juice and a pinch of salt to create the white sauce.
  7. 7. Serve hot potato cubes on plates, drizzle with both red and white sauces, and serve immediately.
