🥔 Potato Pipe with Chorizo and Onions

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 150 g Raw chorizo sausage (sliced)
- 1 Stk Onion
- 1 TL Sweet paprika powder
- 3 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Rosemary (fresh or dried)
- 1 Prn Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the potatoes and cut them into thick slices or halves.
- 3. Slice the chorizo and the onion into thin strips.
- 4. Put the potatoes, chorizo, onions, oil, and spices into a baking dish.
- 5. Mix the ingredients well so that everything is coated with oil and spices.
- 6. Place the tray in the oven and bake the potatoes for 25 minutes.
- 7. Remove the dish, check the cooking time with a fork, and serve hot.
