Ingredients
- 3 green plantains
- 1 cassava
- 1 potato
- 200 beef
- 2 olive oil
- 2 sofrito
Instructions
- 1. Peel the plantains, cassava, and potato, boil and mash until smooth.
- 2. Cut the meat into cubes, sauté with sofrito, then simmer until tender.
- 3. Spread the mixture onto leaves (or foil), place the filling on top, and wrap.
- 4. Cook the pasteles in boiling water for about 45 minutes.
