Ingredients
- 200g Pasta
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Zehe Garlic
- 1 Lemon
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 50g Arugula
Instructions
- 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- 2. Purée avocado, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil in a bowl.
- 3. Mix cooked pasta with avocado sauce.
- 4. Fold in arugula into the pasta.
- 5. Season with pepper and serve.
