Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta (e.g. Penne)
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Carrots
- 3 EL Olive oil
- 50 g Parmesan
- 2 EL Basil
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cook pasta al dente according to package instructions.
- 2. Sauté vegetables in a pan with olive oil.
- 3. Add cooked pasta and mix well.
- 4. Garnish with Parmesan and basil.
- 5. Serve and enjoy.
