🥗 Modern Garden Pasta

Ingredients
- 5 g Mixed dried soup herbs
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 200 g Zucchini
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes
- 40 ml olive oil
- 30 g Basil leaves
Instructions
- 1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of well-salted water until al dente. Reserve one cup of pasta water.
- 2. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Wash and dice the zucchini into small cubes.
- 3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the zucchini cubes for 3 minutes until lightly golden.
- 4. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes until softened. Remove the skillet from the heat.
- 5. Add the drained pasta to the skillet. Add the lemon juice, herbs, and pasta water. Toss everything well. Tear the basil leaves and fold them in.
