🧀 Emilian White Pasta with Bacon and Parmesan

Ingredients
- 300 g Pappardelle (fresh)
- 150 g Smoked bacon (low salt)
- 1 Stück (mittel) Onion
- 50 g Hard cheese (Parmesan or Grana Padano)
- 20 g Flour
- 200 ml Whole milk
- 1 Prise Nutmeg (ground)
- 10 g Butter
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pappardelle in salted water al dente.
- 2. Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry them in butter until crispy.
- 3. Add the finely chopped onion and sweat until translucent.
- 4. Stir in the flour and remove the pan from the heat briefly.
- 5. Stir in the milk slowly and heat the sauce until it thickens.
- 6. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the grated cheese and nutmeg.
- 7. Mix the drained pasta with the sauce and serve immediately.
